Creativity, meditation and movement align with the body/mind, soul and spirit. Following the ways history and narratives embed themselves in our psyches, we are able to bring consciousness to old patterns that no longer serve us. By moving energy that has been stuck or blocked we can find freedom and agency to become aware of our gifts and step more fully into our life’s purpose.
